Europe’s cloud event in October in Slovenia for government, scientific, business as well as venture capital view to it

Dates: 22.10.- 25.10

Context:

The context of the cloud conference scheduled for October 2012 (in the week from 22 to 26 of October) is composed of 4 tracks.

First track will focus on government view to Cloud strategy, IaaS examples, G-cloud / private cloud, Use of public cloud solutions, Cloud app stores, Legislation, Contracts, Standards, where executives will be invited. Countries that are engaged in European Cloud Partnership program will be invited to give their view to it.

The second track will focus to scientific achievements within FP7 as well as national programs, where European projects contributing to cloud technologies will be invited to give a presentation.

Third track is focused to technical achievements, where global players will introduce their achievements as well as some research demos will be demonstrated, where we plan to engage researchers in order to meet with developers.

The fourth track will be focused to matchmaking between research&development achievement towards venture capital.

Preliminary  Agenda Proposal,

- to have 2 days dedicated to Cloud Science, Technology, Government, Business, venture Capital.

- for the rest of the week we plan to coallocate FP7 project consortium meetings.
